Starting to put pics to WLMRO

It was kind of frustrating to promote the Wiki Loves Monuments, make video tutorials, organize photo walks, but not upload any photo (I can't and I won't enter the contest, since I am organizer and judge). Until the solution stroke: there can be a photo category for organizers, which is counted for the total and seeding data, but not entering in the contest. Relief!
